It's great to find a well-written, detailed BB description written in lay terms.  Most BB articles are written by &#038; for geeks like me, and they assume a lot of knowledge that might turn off a general audience... I will remember this page and send people here when they're looking for a clear, basic intro.

		<description>I agree, neither of are that important. But we both have jobs where we have to be available during the day and having the BlackBerry lets us take days away from the office easily.
