Vacation Rental Name: Basse-Copette
Our mid-April holiday was lovely at Basse-Copette. Waking up to such beautiful views in the morning was a real treat. Staying in such a small rural community and having three children, one of whom severly handicapped and wheelchair bound was a daunting challenge for us. However, Thomas was kind and respectful of our much needed family time together, but was willing to step in and keep an eye on our two youngest when he sensed the pressure was on. He made us all feel so welcome and safe that when time came to return to Blighty, we wondered why we were leaving. He looked after us whenever he thought he was needed...which gave my wife and I some much needed relief. "La Grange" although not wheelchair adapted presented few problems as there is so much room, although the two shower rooms were not terribly easy to access. Overall for the able bodied, it provides excellent family accomodation, and is nicely situated for many interesting sites. Its idyllic perch between the hills and the forest and friendly neighbours gave us a "real" taste of Normandy. But, what makes our family think Basse-Copette is special is its excellent host. Salut Thomas!
