Responding to the negative review by peggy.

This guest had an unhappy experience and we are very sorry. Had she contacted the manager while there, he could have helped her out. We find her review rather dramatic with overstatements and inaccuracies.

We have apologized, posted her review and even added two photos to further describe the perfectly normal courtyard and elevator that she complained about.

We think that she did not thoroughly read the descriptions or look at the photos or she would have understood exactly how the apartment is laid out, its view (the web page stated three times that there is no view of interest but she expected one nonetheless and complained). She also did not heed the informational documents we sent her, nor did she contact the manager for problem resolution.
