We have had an annual holiday with this company over several years.

Unfortunately this year the company is having problems with its flight suppliers and cannot deliver the flights we paid for. Instead they have put us on an earlier flight (no discussion or consultation) with a 4:00am check in. They have told us that we have no option but to accept the inconvenience of an earlier flight.

I wouldn't mind being treated like if this if it was a cheap holiday - these things happen - but this is not a cheap holiday.

They were also unable to provide the usual car hire serivce and seem to have lost their resort rep this year but are charging more than last year. They have taken much in commission from us but when it comes to doing anything to earn their commission they have just turned round and said 'we are not required to do anything about this.
