I have rented through Suzanne's agency several times. Each of the properties was as promised, well furnished, well taken care of, and in lovely parts of the UK.

Suzanne and her staff have visited each of the properties they suggest so one is not left to wonder whether the photos -- which make each property seem like a "paradise on earth" -- are reflective on the reality of the property.

I would also add that Suzanne and her colleagues listen to their clients, just as a good physician listens to his/her patients, so that their prescriptions are spot on.
