A week in Casa Battello was the highlight of our month in Italy.

From the very first contact the owners were prompt and approachable. The whole exercise went ofF very smoothly.

The apartment was everything we'd been led to expect, and more. Clean, comfortable and well equipped, with an amazing "user manual" filled with everything you could possibly want to know to make your stay better. Such attention to detail! An outstanding collection of guide books, history and general books about Venice and the Veneto.

Cannaregio is a great area. Local shops for your purchases. Easy access to the vaporettos. Relatively quiet.

We're planning our next trip...soon! We'd certainly stay here and recommend it to anyone (as long as they can manage the stairs)

We have no connection at all with the owners, but this was by far the best rental of our time in Italy.
