We rented this house last year. It was a wonderful experience. This is the 5th or 6th time we have rented from Suzanne. All were great experiences. Suzanne and her staff go out of their way to be of help. They will arrange for rental cars for example.

We have rented villas/chateaux in France for many years, and this was our first foray into Tuscany. Suzanne and I talked (and talked!) going over every possible detail. She was always more than helpful and somehow divined JUST what would make our large family happy.

Our property was very big - we had revolving family members (children and grandchildren) over a two week period. Everyone one had perfect privacy and comfort. The villa was spotless and very well equipped ... including a fabulous, large pool, enormous family kitchen and even a ping pong table ... wonderful laundry room, too. The English speaking housekeeper helped in arranging cooking lessons, catered dinners and sightseeing (including wine tasting). All in all, it was a grand experience!

I've been renting properties from Suzanne Cohen, well, almost since her company opened in the early 1990s.
