Vacation Rental Name: Villa Nuba Charming Apartments
Great apartments (3) - one with one bedroom and two with two bedrooms. Located outside the city of Perugia. We stayed for a week in November of 2010. Our host Guiseppe and his family live on the premises. We had a minor problem one day and they were there to take care of it very quickly. At the same time they are available they are not intrusive. Guiseppe was a wonderful host who had a wealth of information about the area and discounts at area retailers and restaurants. The one bedroom apartment was very nice with a kitchen, jacuzzi bath and a working fireplace. The area is quiet and also has a swimming pool which was closed when we were there. All cost (heat in winter A/C in summer) were included in the rental as stated in their brochure. Information can be found at http://www.perugiarentals.com/. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation. I would also recommend the location as you have easy access to many of the wonderful towns around Umbria.
