An Italian friend of ours is selling her fabulous Agriturismo in the beautiful Val d’Orcia region of Tuscany. It is located about 20 minutes southeast of Montalcino and a little over 10 minutes southeast of the Abbey of San’Antimo, on the flanks of Monte Amiata.
Her husband passed away about a year ago and she is finding it it’s just too much for her to manage. It has almost 130 acres of land, six guest rooms with en suite bathrooms, and owners quarters. It is currently planted with a large vegetable garden, fruit trees, and nearly 500 olive trees.
