FYI: Since early December I have been unable to login to my Airbnb account, with the login process reporting "We don't recognise this device" and offering to send a 4-digit code via two options: 1) text message/SMS, or, 2) phone call, via the registered phone (a landline in my case, which doesn't accept text messages).
The 'code by phone' option consistently failed to deliver any phone call.
But yesterday, another option was evident - 'send code to e-mail' - which worked.
However, this morning, Airbnb login still reports "We don't recognise this device" (perhaps because the device identifier was stored in a Windows PC cookie, since deleted).
No 'code by e-mail' was offered this time, but the 'code by phone' option was working.
