Bologna Overnight

We are traveling again to Florence for two weeks at the end of February after a week in Palermo. We are considering taking the train to Bologna for an overnight stay. Looking for recommendations for a hotel or AirBnB at Piazza Maggiore. Also any favorite restaurants would be welcomed. Grazie mille to all for your thoughtful input.

We’ve stayed at Art Hotel Commercianti twice and were quite happy with the accommodations. It is located alongside the Basilica, maybe a 30 second walk to the Piazza. It is also very close to Trattoria Da Me Nella Torre, the second location of an acclaimed spot.
