Bologna

Between our week in Rome and our week in Cocconato we are staying 2 nights in Bologna. Thanks to many of you all we have Ferrari reservations and a gourmet food tour reservation. So, our days are busy, but what should we be certain to do in the evenings? Is there a particular piazza for coffee and people-watching? A walking tour that takes in the best of the city?

Please...Give me your top three things to see, do or sip while there! And I know, 2 nights is NOT slow travel and we cannot possibly do Bologna justice in that amount of time.
