Bus Transport

We will be traveling from Udine to Ljubljana, Slovenia. There are 2 bus options which are shorter by over an hour, than train. One is Flixbus and the other is GoOpti.
Has anyone ever used these? I could us some guidance.

I'm planning a trip, and I'm considering taking the bus to get around. I've never really traveled by bus before, and I'm wondering what the pros and cons are. I'm looking for advice on whether this is a good option or if I should consider other modes of transportation. Thanks.
