We are travelling to Calabria for 3-4 weeks after completing a week of walking the Via Francigena South of Rome. We will have a car and are looking for two places to base ourselves to explore Calabria. We will be there mid-May to mid-June. We have travelled extensively in Italy on five previous occasions and really enjoy good local food, smaller towns and beaches. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
