Car rental Naples airport to Umbria

Hello,
After several days in wonderfully gritty Naples, we will be picking up a car from Europcar at Naples airport. Any driving tips for this mildly anxious but very experienced driver to get out of the airport and onto the correct highway? (Because of planned stops on the way, train is not an option).

If you are picking up at the airport it is relatively simple as the A56 is right there and you quickly connect to the A1 and that takes you all the way to Umbria.
