Chart of seat selection and baggage costs

Is there any handy chart that I can look at to tell how much an airline charges for seat selection and baggage costs? Now that so many international flights charge for both of these, it can be difficult to compare flight costs.

I'm not sure where SeatGuru has a comparison chart. For bags and seat assignments in one chart, there's Kayak, but it redirects you to the airline site for non-U.S. carriers. FareCompare just for bags, and Smarter Travel, but it's dated two years ago. You would also need to see if every non-middle seat on your flight is "Preferred" and has a fee.
