Chartucherie in Paris

A friend of mine is visiting Paris and is in need of a source for chartucherie. Where should he go to find classic chartucherie in the center of the city? He is not looking for haute cuisine, just the finest use of the nasty bits.

I think the Grande Epicerie at the Bon Marché department store, métro Sèvres- Babylone, would be a good place. There has to be a good charcuterie there.

Another, older institution is Schmid Traiteur at 76 Boulevard de Strasbourg, 75010 Paris.
