City tour scammers Frankfurt

Be aware of guides who look very official and hang out near the main tourist info point near City Hall. They often say the regular tour has been cancelled and they are the subs. Some can be very aggressive.
The tourist info representative told us they are a real problem.

This is the scammer. Viator tours told us they’ve had big problems with him . Great company.. they refunded our money. Be aware.. he’s slick and when you’re jet lagged you are easy prey.

Once again, hats off to Viator for customer service.
