Claiming VAT

I purchased 2 cell phones at a total cost of 400 pounds. I got the VAT form from one vendor but not the other. Do I need to go back and get a second VAT form for the other vendor.

A tip from someone else - make sure you have the receipts to hand at the airport - probably best kept with your passport so you know where they are.
