Will be in Paris Nov 9-16. Anything I must see that's new? Especially seeking really good bistro and reasonable 1 star Michelin restaurant.

We ate at L' Assiette in the 14th. We also ate at the new Daniel Rose bistro Borse La Vie Good but not fabulous. My favorite was Tomy and Co. which was the chef from Parachute.
