Dinner Easter Sunday in London

Hi everyone,
It's so nice to have to think about travel plans. My mom and I arrive in London this Easter Sunday.
Does anyone have ideas for an early casual dinner?
We are staying at the Paddington Hilton, but are happy to eat in central London

https://www.cafemurano.co.uk/ although they are likely to be very busy. Covent Garden is the branch we know best but all are well regarded & offer a short but varied menu catering for vegetarians.

They do but their restaurants aren’t big & should you want a table outside at the Covent Garden branch for example there are only a few tables. These are very popular although I think we may get a shower here in S E England but do specify if you feel you’d like to sit outside ! I feel sure you’ll need to reserve asap.
