Good planning.
On Day 3, take your time and stop in some jewel villages nearby.
Between where you are and Cahors, make a little stop at St Martin de Vers. It is another time, another world.
Near St Cirq Lapopie, check out the Chemin des Haleurs.
And the nearby hilltop village of Calvignac.
On Romadadour, stop 2 km from it. Take a picture and move on. The village itself has nothing but religious geegaws. Instead of visiting the village of Rocamadour, two nearby villages - Carennac and Louvressac - are much more charming.
The old town of Figeac is iwonderful. You can go tô the Office du tourisme and get a self-guided walking tour map.
Day 5 is a long drive and not as charming as the rest.
I would do less and enjoy more.
Instead of schlepping to Périgueux, I would focus on the Dordogne river area near your village, spend half a day canoeing, check out villages and sites like St Léon sur Vezère and La Roque St Christophe. Visit a prehistoric cave like Font de Gaume. You'll be so proud of humanity.
