EurocarTT

In the process of booking a short-term lease (5 weeks) for Italy for the late spring. We have typically used Auto Europe. However, in doing a little searching I came across EurocarTT. They seem to be the official representative of Citroen for short term leases. We have always had great luck with Auto Europe, but the prices look just a little bit more competitive on EurocarTT. Has anyone used them in the recent past?

Not exactly what you asked, but am passing this on in case its useful to you or others. We did not lease through TT EuroCar but through TT EuroDrive, which is the Renault version. However, we booked the transaction through AutoEurope. We did not check the pricing differential but we were very happy with the pre-lease process at AutoEurope. The leasing agents at AutoEurope were helpful in the pre-lease process when the first car we wanted was not available (due to short time between booking and pick-up), suggesting an alternative which turned out perfectly. AutoEurope also was very clear with the paperwork that is required and what documents would be needed to pick up the car. Since AutoEurope is only a broker, it is the leasing company that makes the actual lease logistics once in-country a pleasant, easy experience or not. In our case everything withTT EuroDrive went very smoothly. If you like using AutoEurope, perhaps call their leasing department to see if they can match the price TT Eurocar is giving you.

Thanks Penn. Upon further review I realized that the AE price includes a full tank of gas, while the EurocarTT price did not. That pretty much accounts for the price difference. So, since I’ve been an AE customer for over 25 years I’m going to stick with them.
