First visit to Oslo

I'm new to Slow Europe and am groping my way around here. I hope I am doing this correctly as this is my first post.

I'm going to Oslo the first part of May. I just got a travel book for Oslo and have just started reading it. I'd love to hear if there are some particular places that are highly recommended by a lot of travelers.

I'd also appreciate any tips on using this site.
