Florence Florence - 2 2BR apts in same building (A/C, WiFi, Washing Machine)

I've stayed in both the Francesca and Simona apartments (same buiding/owner). After visiting Florence on average twice a year for 15 or so years these 2 apartments are my first preference. The Simona has 2 BR/1BA and has a small outdoor terrace. The table is small and seats only 2 but we found space on the terrace great for drying laundry (and checking the outdoor temperature before heading out in the morning or for dinner). The Francesca has 2 baths and no terrace. You do pay for electricity but as the comments in the Francesca review say we found that even with 80/90F highs the charge for running A/C all night wasn't outrageous. The owner was always responsive. I know everyone's criteria for apartments is different - for me it is location, cleanliness, A/C, good WiFi, quiet, comfortable bed/pillows and a good shower. I never cook in, only using the kitchen for drinks in the fridge and maybe hot water for tea. These apartments are a fit for me.
