From Tremezzo (Como) to Venice

Hi, we are off to Italy again in September for 6 weeks and I just wanted to ask what the best way is to get from our hotel in Tremezzo to Venice please? We are a family of four and it seems like going back to Milan Central station and catching the fast train could be the best option? What do you think? We will most likely book a transfer. But is there a better train option for us?

You might think it would be too expensive, but I would encourage to look into a private limo/van service. We have done this a couple times in Switzerland and Italy. A private service picks you up at your hotel, and delivers you to your new hotel. No transfer cost to the train station, no lugging bags onto and off of the train, no transfer cost from the train station to your new hotel.

Factor that in along with the convenience and you might find it worth your while. Just a suggestion.

Thank you so much, that is a really great idea. We have booked a private transfer to Tramezzo so I have contacted him to see costs to Venice, as we were going transfer back to Milan at $140 euro then catch a train.

Ok we will need to get a transfer to Milan and catch the train to Venice as the transfer to Venice is 800euro.
Does anyone have any recommendations please?
