JustTravel in the photo mystery thread the other day you said,

"We'll be in Haarlem for five nights in May to visit Keukenhof. Still haven't decided if we will spend a day in Amsterdam. It has been thirteen years since we were there last."

I think you may right on time to enjoy some Hollandse Nieuwe! It starts in late spring early summer and is truly a Dutch delicacy! And the good news - It is very healthy!

I gave it a courtesy taste... It was pretty good in taste, but kinda strange going down.

I actually like raw fish, as in sushi. Raw onions, not so much.
