Such a horrible incident in Paris last night. Eurostar and many airlines are letting travelers change their bookings if they were scheduled to go to Paris in the next few days. BBC reported that flights and trains were running on schedule, but with more security.

Air Canada has a policy notification on their website about changing your flights to Paris.

And the US Government has issued a Worldwide Travel Alert - to exercise caution when traveling.
