After much sleuthing I found the isolation rules in France:
However, after 5 days, the positive person can leave isolation under two conditions:

FOR POSITIVE PEOPLE WITH A COMPLETE VACCINATION SCHEDULE (RECALL CARRIED OUT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE "HEALTH PASS") AND FOR CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS OF AGE
Isolation now lasts 7 days (full) after the date of the start of the signs or the date of the positive test.However, after 5 days, the positive person can leave isolation under two conditions:
- it performs an antigenic or RT-PCR test and it is negative;
- She has not had any clinical signs of infection for 48 hours.
