Lisbon & Portugal Rentals

I'm visiting Lisbon & Porto in late September & wanted to know if anyone had any concerns about the rentals I've booked.
Lisbon rental Architectural Gem in Bica II (bookings.com)
Porto rental OGV Apts Stunning Duplex steps from Lello & Clergios (airbnb)
Are they nice places & close enough to walk or take public trans as I will not have a car for the visit.
Any responses Pos or Neg appreciated.
