Lisbon to Sesimbra transportation

Can some one advise possible transportation from Lisbon to Sesimbra? In past we have rented car in europe, but boys will be in Sesimbra sailing and car will just sit sit sit costing money.
If there is a way to go from Lisbon to sesimbra and back it would be wonderful.
