We are attending a destination wedding in October and are just starting to discuss things. We know very little about Mallorca, or is Majorca the preferred spelling? What we do know is that the wedding venue is in Deia'. We will fly into Parma and rent a vehicle for probably a one week stay. The resort venue rooms soar passed $2k plus a night, so since our daughter and son in law will be with us, we will airbnb or find another reasonably priced hotel.
Early searches have me interested in staying coastal around Cala de Deia'? my wife is focusing on staying much closer to the venue in the heart of Deia'. Funny, I think the two are only 3 miles apart? We might bounce around and stay 2-3 nights in various areas including Parma, but again I know little about what areas to visit.
Is driving straight forward? Distance Parma to Deia' is only 41 miles/45 minutes per google, is this accurate? Must be relatively flat until you reach the mountains to the north?
