The major tourist cities after lock-down - "returned" to the locals

I found this article from the Guardian an interesting read : how major cities that were used to seeing millions of tourists are now coming out of lock-down, with the local residents finding themselves in a reality that they had sometimes prayed for - they have the place to themselves again, minus the tourists. The dilemma of choosing between this and the economic blow is making everyone think again about what they prefer.
