Two Venice tourists fined 950 Euros for preparing coffee on a camping stove

I agree. Its everywhere. Two days ago, in Seattle, we sat next to a family (parents and heavy metal teens - oy) who bought a coffee and one small plate, sat at an outdoor table, and unwrapped tons of food from the local McDonalds to eat. And asked for glasses of water. And took napkins, etc.
