Villefranche and Fontvielle Port Stops

We have two port stops on the Riviera on our cruise in May, Villefranche and Fontvielle (Monte Carlo), which are Saturdays a week apart with an overnight in Fontville on Grand Prix weekend. We'll have a driver/guide for two of the days. Last trip we never got to spend time in Antibes so that's high on the list. I would like to be there when the shops are open and would like to know if we should expect most of them to be closed for lunch. If they are then I'll make that our first stop of the day.

We've been to most of the towns on our itinerary but our cousins haven't and we certainly don't mind visiting again. On the definite list are Eze, Nice, Antibes, St. Paul de Vence and Gourdon which is a new one for us. Also considering Vence and Le Turbie. We were in Vence years ago and don't remember it being particularly memorable so thinking we should skip it for somewhere we haven't been. Maybe Le Turbie but it looks like it's more about the views which look similar to Eze. We've visited the Rothschild garden and villa so we'll skip it as well as Cannes.

We'll be docked in Fontvielle overnight the weekend of the Grand Prix. We'll do a full day tour on the first day (Saturday) and DH and one of the cousins will be going to the race on Sunday. On race day the rest of us will walk around and soak it all in although there will be some restrictions on both days. After the trials on Saturday they open up the track so we'll save Monte Carlo for that evening.

Any suggestions for other options would be great. Our driver suggested only three stops per day and she'll figure out the logistics depending on traffic expectations.
