Yet another former SlowTravel user

I've been traveling to Italy for many, many years and lived in Ferrara for 2 years. Obviously, I love traveling in Italy; have made friends there; and always find something new to experience. End of March, I'll be in Orvieto for a week to visit friends and enjoy the artichokes, then in Sicily for two weeks. At least 2 more archaeological sites are on the cards for the Sicily trip. I've gotten so much good information from the SlowTravel site so I'm looking forward to getting and sharing information on this one.
