Apartments in Parma?

I'm still working on our 2+ month trip for next spring. I think some of the owners think I'm nuts to be booking so far in advance but...
Anyway, there doesn't seem to be a ton of choice in Parma. I have found one or two that will work but I'm wondering if any Slow folks have experience.

Here are a few I'm looking at for a week in late April

Any feedback appreciated

thanks so much for the response.
How long a walk was it to the Duomo?
According to the link it looks like it is not available for 6 months--including our late April dates. I can write to the owner and ask but not sure, yet, about the location.

SusanSeattle -- I am looking for an apartment in Bologna for next Fall, and like the look of these. Which apartment did you stay in? Where in the city is it located? Thanks for any insight.

DD,
We stayed in the smaller Rubino apartment.
It's just a couple of blocks from the Basilica di San Francesco. It was walking distance to the sites we wanted to see & an easy taxi ride to the train station.

If you are interested, I'd contact the owner now, they book up very quickly.

Thanks Susan. Just trying to get my trip details nailed down.
