Art classes in Florence

I'm looking for art classes, either a daylong workshops or a morning class, no longer than a week.

I'm pretty much a novice, and am open to just about any medium, painting, drawing, pottery... I'd love to learn about art restoration, but suspect that's more specialized and not something offered on a more tourist level.

Hoping someone here has some experience/knowledge of a good school or company they could recommend.

Carolyn, my daughter-in-law took a class in Florence in 2014 that she said she would highly recommend. It was just one day, but she loved it. She was finally able to dig up the information and send it to me.

Yes, Maureen has been studying art for quite a while, and should be getting her master's this year (an online program). I think she's very talented. But the program seems to offer classes for all levels of student.

I agree, she has talent. I was going to be super impressed if she learned that in one of their classes.

I saw that all levels were welcome. I dabble from time to time.
