The recent BBC One TV series, The Night Manager, was filmed in Morocco, Spain, Switzerland and the UK.

Marrakech was used for Egypt, with Es Saadi riad used for the Nefertiti Hotel.
The hotel in Zermatt is fictional but the expensive hotel Riggelalp Resort 2222 (reached by the Gornergrat railway) was used to film views and Chalet Hotel Schonegg was used for one of the scenes.
Several locations in Mallorca, Spain were used.
Blackpool Mill Cottage on the north Devon coast near Bideford was used. It was also used in Sense and Sensibility. You can walk by this cottage on the South West Coast Path. Or rent it - http://www.hartlandabbey.com/blackpool-mill/ . (I recognized this cottage when watching The Night Manager and guessed it was the one from S&S!)
