The BBC has started a new "cosy" comedy/mystery series, Shakespeare and Hathaway . It's running on weekday afternoons , so it's not exactly demanding, but it takes place in and around assorted Stratford locations, only the fictional town is called Arden, and you can amuse yourself by spotting all the Shakespearean references (they even have a gay bar called Illyria). It's on the iPlayer, but there are a couple of things about the production that suggest the BBC are hoping to sell it abroad in due course.
