Ruth Edenbaum's magical writings of Venice drew me here years ago. I made copies of her posts and took copious notes for my first trip in 1999- France and Italy. I still travel abroad almost yearly since then and hope to enjoy and contribute to the conversations.

Ruth's Venice lists and posts were the best! They are what hooked me on the idea of going to Venice in the first place, and it is truly my most favorite city in the world!
