Cooking classes in Spain - suggestions?

Our itinerary for Spain in the spring of 2018 is coming along and we have wondered about the possibility of taking a Spanish cooking class somewhere along the route. We'd probably be more interested in a small, local opportunity rather than a more touristy situation but want to consider all options. Probably a half-day in length, although we might consider a longer class for the right option. We will be in Barcelona, Tarragona, Seville, Granada, Caceres and Madrid.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Thx.

Some friends organize great tours and cooking classes, mosly in Santiago, but they're often in Seville... you may want to check their fb profile and/or contact them... highly recommended! The Kilomeaters
You may also be interested in the fantastic tapas tours by Azahar if you browse "Classes and catas" there are suggestions of cooking classes and olive oil tastings in Seville.

Annie Bennett runs cooking classes in Vejer de la Frontera, a white village not that far from Seville. I haven't been on one, but they have a great reputation and Vejer is a pretty place.
