Gluten free in Venice

I’m finally taking my oldest daughter to Venice next month and am starting to get a bit anxious about her gluten intolerance and finding restaurants that will work. In addition, she isn’t that fond of fish and won’t eat shellfish!
I know most places will have at least one meat option, but would like suggestions for places at which she would have more than one option that isn’t pasta or fish.
Thanks in advance.

Sorry I have no direct experience to share, but, as previous posters pointed out Italy is quite conscious of gluten intolerance and allergies in general: you will find a list of allergens (including gluten, of course) on menus, usually with a colour scheme that allows you to choose.
Let me add that Polenta (corn) is quite common in Veneto and it can be a good alternative to pasta.
