Location of Avis rental car return garage - Rome Termini

Has anyone returned an Avis rental car to Termini In Rome? If so, do you know the address of the garage where we actually return the car? The address given on our rental agreement (Via G. Giolitti, 26 32) seems to be for the rental office, not the actual garage. I was hoping Avis also uses the garage the other rental companies use at Via G. Giolitti, 267.

It gets hard to find online: the Avis site codes the Termini location as RO2, and says "Return car to location R1U," but I don't find where that is. Since I'm in Italy, I went ahead and phoned the Avis Termini office, and they confirm the returns are at the via Giolitti 267 garage.
