Hello, my name is Matthew Altieri from Gastro-Travel, I want to present our travel experiences to those who are interested in Slow Food & Slow Travel.

Here is my bio:
Originally from the US I now live in Italy. Having gained extensive travel/work experience throughout the gastronomic wonderlands of Italy from wine harvests, olive harvests and even in restaurants, I aim to preserve all its integrity through travel. Currently I operate food tours in and around the Amalfi Coast. I hold a M.A. in Gastronomy, from UNISG in Pollenzo, Italy.
