Hello Paris experts!
We will be staying near the Palais de Élysée at the very end of October for about 5 nights (the location was determined by needing to be in close proximity to traveling friends). We've been to Paris many times and this neighborhood seems a little precious and touristy for our tastes, but here we are.
I'm looking for suggestions for wine bars, restaurants and/or cafés nearby, and maybe one or two that are not nearby but worth visiting. Generally, we're open to anything. We often prefer hole-in-the-wall excellent food over "THE place to be". Any suggestions? It's been a while since we've been in Paris, so don't assume we already have a list!
