Spain fines budget airlines including Ryanair and EasyJet €179m
The government says charging for hand luggage and printing boarding passes at the airport are "abusive practices".

Some hefty fines, set at a level intended to match the profits they gained from devious tactics to get customers to pay more.
However... this is going to the Spanish government, not back to those customers, but nonetheless I hope it marks a line as to what is and isn't acceptable.
