Theater In London?

Are there any hot shows in London? We'll be there July 11-15. Or should we just plan on seeing "The Mousetrap"?

I'll be in London in June with my Mom and then with my husband and kids in July. My Mom and I are going to see the Noel Coward play Hay Fever.

We are taking the kids to see Mousetrap and then a few days later to see The Play that Goes Wrong, described as "it's as if the mousetrap has been taken over by Monty Python"

Thanks! I've seen "Mousetrap", and I LOVE Monty Python, so "The Play that Goes Wrong" sounds perfect!!!

Glad I could help. We also love Monty Python and saw Spamalot in London several years ago, so PTGW sounded like fun to us.

And what's the best way to order tickets? There are so many sites to choose from! It's hard to know which ones are raising the prices or adding on ridiculous fees!

If I'm going to London off-season, I just take my chances at the half price ticket booth. Since we're going to be there in the summer, I bought tickets ahead of time. I just bought the PTGW tickets directly from their web site.

Did you enjoy the Play that Goes Wrong?
We really enjoyed it. At one point, I think the whole audience had tears in their eyes, they were laughing so hard. Our kids really liked it as well - is was a great follow up to Mousetrap.
I'm going to keep this theatre company on my 'to-do' list for the next time I'm in London.

The play was HILARIOUS!!!! The man behind us was seeing it for the 2nd time, and I could understand why - we were laughing so hard I know we missed a lot of dialog, and there was so much going on onstage that it was impossible to take it all in! HIGHLY recommended!
