Venice cruise port to Dorsoduro hotel

We have been to Venice before but never entering from a cruise ship. (It's also our first cruise.) We will have 2 nights there post-cruise and then fly home from Marco Polo. We prefer to stay in Dorsoduro rather than at a hotel nearer to P. Roma. Please suggest transport options, with prices, to get us from the cruise port to a hotel in Dorsoduro, and from the hotel to the airport for a 9 AM flight. Thanks in advance.
