Yesterday, to my surprise, I found that Slow Talk was to be no more. Glad I found out when I did or would have wondered what to do next. Member since 2005 and really glad to know Slow Europe is active.
Will be traveling to France and the Alsace this fall. A six week and a bit more adventure. Plan to visit places we know from last time and to seek others we missed. Have an apartment for most of the stay and look forward to just taking it slow and meeting some locals. Sharing stories, a cup of good coffee and a goodie. Maybe getting lost once or twice.
Close enough to venture into the Black Forest and who knows where else.
With 8 feet of snow on the deck we are looking forward to sunny Alsace.
